User roles allow you to define the permissions available to Consuman Evolution users.
Each role is associated with a license type and can be configured with specific permissions within the limits enabled by that license. Once created, the role can be assigned to one or more users, and a single user can have more than one role.
Create a user role
- Go to Users > User Roles .
- Select Create .
- Complete the role name.
- Select the appropriate license.
- Configure the permissions that the role will have.
- Save the record.

Complete the role details
Name
Enter a name that identifies the role and differentiates it from other permission configurations.
License
Select the license type on which the role will be configured.
The available license types include:
- Planner/Administrator .
- Operation .
- Claims .
- Visualize .
- Stock .
📌 The license determines the maximum permissions that can be enabled for the role. Based on these permissions, access can be restricted according to the needs of each user profile.

Configure permissions
Once the license has been selected, configure the permissions corresponding to the role.
The permits are organized into different sections.
General
It includes general permissions and access to the different modules of Consumer Evolution.
Among the available settings, you may find permissions related to:
- Closing work orders.
- Viewing your own requests.
- Assignment of managers.
- Display of assigned work order tasks.
- Possibility of being assigned as manager.
The available modules for the license are also displayed, allowing you to define the actions enabled in each one.
According to the module, it is possible to configure permissions such as:
- Visualize .
- Edit .
- Create .
- Eliminate .

Voucher
It allows you to define the types of vouchers that the role will have access to.
For each available type, you can configure the enabled actions, such as:
- Visualize .
- Create .

Parameter
It allows you to configure the permissions corresponding to the different types of parameters.
For each type, the possibility of the following can be defined:
- Edit .
- Create .
- Eliminate .

Assign a role to a user
Once the role has been created, it can be assigned from the corresponding user's settings.
A single user can have one or more roles, always in accordance with the configuration defined for their access to Consuman Evolution.
📌 A user's effective access depends on the combination of their license, assigned role permissions, linked locations, and any applicable special permissions.
