From Global Settings > Settings, it is possible to manage general options associated with the company in which the user is operating.
These settings allow you to define company identification data, language, time zone, formats used in the system, and other options related to its operation.
Access global settings
- Go to Global Settings > Settings.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Review or modify the corresponding fields.
- Select Save to apply the settings.

Company details
Image
It allows you to upload an image associated with the company.
The supported formats are JPEG , JPG , PNG and GIF , with a maximum size of 3.1 MB.
Company name
Please indicate the name by which the company will be identified in Consumer Evolution.
Regional settings
Language
Select the language that corresponds to the company.
Time zone
Select the time zone that will be used for the company.
Date format
Define how dates will be displayed in the system.
The screen displays an Example field that allows you to view the result of the entered format.
Time format
Define how the times will be displayed.
It is possible to use 24 or 12 hour format and check the result in the Example field.
Number format
Select the separator that will be used to represent decimal values.

Other configurations
Conformance range
State the minimum conformity value required to consider a valuation as compliant.
The value may include decimals.
Password expiration days
Define the number of days corresponding to the password expiration.
Stock Control Mode by Work Order
Define how the stock consumption generated from work orders will be reflected.
The available options are:
- Disabled: Stock consumption from work orders is not reflected in system receipts.
- Manual: Stock consumption for work orders can be reflected in system vouchers.
- Automatic: the stock consumption of work orders is reflected in the system vouchers.
Allow Claims users to register
Enable this option to allow Claims users to generate their own user.
The screen indicates which company can register from.

The defined configuration is associated with the company and establishes general criteria that will be used during operation in Consumer Evolution.
