Categories allow you to create requests with different custom settings, as determined by the user. Their use is not mandatory.
How do the application categories work?
By going to Settings > Categories, these categories are created.
Categories that enable the "is container" option function as an organizer.
While the others have the ability to filter information on entities, work teams, generate automatic work orders, define managers, default tasks and authorizations.
