Parameter types

Parameter types

The categories used to organize the parameters are managed from Settings > Parameters > Parameter Types .

There are two classes of parameter types.

Types of permanent parameters

These are categories included by default in Consumer Evolution and used by various system functionalities.

These types cannot be created, edited, or deleted.

Custom parameter types

They allow you to create new parameter categories for use in functionalities that support custom information.

To create a new custom type:

1. Go to Parameters > Parameter Types .

2. Select the option corresponding to Custom .

3. Select Create .

4. Complete the name of the new parameter type.

5. Save the record.

Name

Enter a name that will identify the new custom parameter type.

Custom parameter types allow you to expand the available categories when you need to incorporate company-specific information.
