Tasks allow you to define the work that will be performed on the assets or on the components of their structures.
When creating a task, you must select the appropriate type based on the information that will need to be recorded during your feedback.
To create a new task:
- Go to Entities > Tasks .
- Select Create .
- Select the task type.
- Complete the required information according to the selected type.
- Save the record.

Select the task type
The type determines the information that must be completed when the task is executed and feedback is provided.
By time/date
Select this type when it is necessary to record the execution date and/or the time actually spent on the task.
Multiple response
Select this type when the feedback allows you to choose two or more answers.
Complete the task name and define the available answers.
Responses can be created from:
- Quick access to the Response field.
- Settings > Parameters > Create , selecting Response in Parameter Type .
Only answer
Select this type when the feedback requires choosing a single response from the available options.
Complete the task name and define the allowed answers.
Responses can be managed from:
- Quick access to the Response field.
- Settings > Parameters > Create , selecting Response in Parameter Type .
Per reading
Select this type when feedback involves recording a measurement associated with the meters available in Measurements .
Per check
Select this type when the task needs feedback through a verification.
Complete the name corresponding to the task.
By location
Select this type when feedback requires recording a location.
