From Settings > Audit, you can view the actions recorded in Consuman Evolution and track the changes made by users.

The audit makes it possible to identify what operation was performed, on which entity, at what time, and which user performed the action.

Consult the audit

  1. Go to Settings > Audit .
  1. Locate the record you wish to consult.
  1. Use the available filters to narrow down the results when necessary.
  1. Review the details of the recorded transaction.

Information available

Date

Indicate the date and time the transaction was recorded.

User

Identify the user who performed the action.

When a user is not informed, the action was performed automatically by the system.

Operation

Indicate the type of action recorded.

Among the operations that can be consulted are:

  • Session started .
  • Session closed .
  • Session failed .
  • Added .
  • Edited .
  • Removed .

Entity

Indicate the entity or record on which the operation was performed, for example a piece of equipment, a plan, a work order, or a program.

Id

Displays the identifier of the record affected by the operation.

Filter the records

The grid allows you to use filters to locate specific operations based on available information, such as date, user, operation, or entity.

This makes it easier to analyze the history when it is necessary to review a specific action.
