In Consuman Evolution, a voucher allows you to record movements related to the management of stock of supplies and tools.
Each voucher is associated with a transaction that determines what type of movement will be made to the stock.
What types of movements can be recorded?
Consumer Evolution offers different transactions to manage inventory movements.
Income
It allows for increased stock levels of supplies.
Exit
It allows for a reduction in the amount of stock of supplies.
Adjustment
It allows you to correct the quantities in inventory.
An adjustment can result in either an increase or a decrease in stock.
Discharge with work order
It allows you to assign supplies to the tasks of a specific work order, reducing the quantities available in stock.
Return of work order
It allows returning to stock the remaining quantities from an outgoing voucher with a work order.
Transfers
It allows the transfer of supplies between warehouses.
The transfer does not change the total amount of the input available, but rather its distribution among the different warehouses.
Internal delivery note
It allows you to register the release of supplies from a warehouse when their final destination has not yet been defined.
Income via internal delivery note
It allows completing the circuit initiated by an internal delivery note, registering the entry of the supplies into the destination warehouse.
Tool Delivery
Allows you to temporarily assign a tool to a user.
Return of Tools
It allows you to register the return of a tool previously assigned to a user and add it back to the available stock.
