In Consuman Evolution, an input is a material resource that can be used during the execution of maintenance work.
Supplies allow recording the materials used in work order tasks and can also be incorporated as resources planned in maintenance programs.
What are the supplies used for?
The supplies allow:
- Identify the materials needed to perform a task.
- Record the consumption associated with the work order tasks.
- Define the resources planned in the programs.
- Manage stock and movements when appropriate.

Stock management
When creating an input, the Manage stock option allows you to define whether its movements should be managed through vouchers.
When this option is enabled, income, expenses and adjustments are recorded as stock movements.
When disabled, the input can be used in work order tasks, but does not participate in stock management through vouchers.
