From Operations > Requests, corrective action requests are generated and managed within Evolution.
From Create, a new request is generated, completing the following fields: (planner profile)
- Title: A brief overview of the requirement
- (Type (?): is a parameter that allows filtering and classification) or level of urgency?
- Asset: the asset affected by the requirement.
When creating a request, you have the option to configure its visible fields – optional or required –
Can fields be added to a request?
What is the purpose of the application title?
This configuration can also be complemented by the creation of categories (see settings > categories).
How do the application categories work?
It is important to clarify that the Active field can be left blank – for cases where the record cannot be identified or does not exist – but, when processing the request, it is necessary that there is data in that field.
Why might an application not be active?
Application status:
- Open: The request has been created, but some of the minimum required fields are incomplete.
- In process: the request has all required fields completed and at least one task assigned - it is actually whether or not a check has been activated.
When should a request be marked as In Process?
- Work order in progress: at least one task was assigned to the request and a work order was created for it.
- Resolved: The request requirement was resolved without needing to assign a task or generate a work order.
What is the difference between resolving a request and generating a work order?
Why can't I edit a request after adding tasks?
What does it mean to mark “The asset is stopped”?
What is conformity and when is it used?
