Job requests allow you to register care requirements that can later be evaluated and managed within Consumer Evolution.
During its processing, the request can progress through different stages, result in a work order, or be resolved without the need to generate one.
Application status
- Open : The application is registered and still requires additional information or further processing.
- In Process : Use this status when the request has been received and processing has begun. The request can also be manually marked as In Process when appropriate.
- Work order in process : Indicates that the requirement continues its management through a linked work order.
- Resolved : Indicates that the requirement was completed without needing to manage it through a work order.
- Unauthorized : Indicates that the request was not authorized and, therefore, will not continue through the corresponding processing circuit. Request authorization is configured in Settings > Request Categories .

Actions available from the grid
Indicate that the asset is stopped
Activate The asset is stopped when the asset associated with the requirement is out of service.
This option reports the condition of the asset, but does not automatically generate a team shutdown.
Manage through a work order
When the requirement requires a maintenance intervention, you can continue its management through a work order.
Task execution, resource allocation, and work feedback are subsequently performed using the corresponding planning and work order functionalities.
Resolve without a work order
When the requirement can be completed without intervention managed through a work order, use the resolution option available in the request.
This alternative allows the resolution of the requirement to be recorded without allocating time, inputs or costs through a work order.
Record the agreement
Once the request has been resolved, register the agreement where appropriate.
The conformity allows for recording the final assessment of the work performed and may include an evaluation and observations.
