In Consuman Evolution, a work order allows you to manage the execution of one or more maintenance tasks.
From a work order, the assigned tasks are tracked, the resources used are recorded, the execution times are recorded, and the information corresponding to the feedback of the work performed is recorded.
How is a work order structured?
A work order can include one or more tasks from the schedules generated in the system.
Each task is managed individually within the order and may contain specific information about its execution.
Work order tasks
They represent the tasks that must be carried out within the order.
For each task, it is possible to record its execution and the information required according to the type of task configured.
Users
They allow recording the people who participated in the execution and the time spent on the task.
Resources
During execution, the resources used, such as supplies and other elements associated with the work, can be recorded.
Attachments
The tasks may include files that complement the information recorded during the intervention.

Task execution
From Operations > Work Orders it is possible to perform different actions on the tasks included in an order.
Start task
It allows you to start counting the time spent on execution in real time using the Start option.
Stop task
It allows you to stop the time recording of a task that is running.
Edit task
It allows you to access the task details to record the information corresponding to its execution or cancel it when appropriate.
Finish task
It allows you to complete the feedback for a task and mark it as finished.
Depending on the type of task, additional information may be required, such as answers, verifications, or readings.
Detach task
It allows you to remove a task from the order so that it becomes available again in Operations > Planning and can be assigned later to another work order.
Relationship with planning
The tasks that are part of a work order come from Operations > Planning .
From there they can be used to generate a new order or be incorporated into an existing work order.
Once assigned, their execution and feedback continue from Work Orders .
