Provide feedback on a work order task

Feedback allows recording the execution of each task included in a work order.

From Operations > Work Orders it is possible to record times, complete the required information according to the type of task, attach files, finish or cancel tasks and control their execution by using Start and Stop .

Access a work order task

  1. Go to Operations > Work Orders .
  1. Locate the corresponding work order.
  1. Identify the task for which you want to provide feedback.
  1. Select the corresponding action.

Edit a task

Select Edit Task to access the task details and record the information related to its execution.

This option allows you to provide detailed feedback and cancel the task when appropriate.

The information required may vary depending on the type of task configured.

Record execution time

The time spent performing a task can be recorded manually or by tracking runtime.

Record the time manually

Access the task information and use the Users section to register your participation.

User

Select the user who participated in the execution.

Start date and time

Indicate the time when the work began.

End date and time

Indicate the time when the work was completed.

Record time with Start and Stop

Use Start to begin real-time tracking of task execution.

Once the work period is over, select Stop to end the recording.

The user who is currently logged in will be registered.

Finish a task

Select Finish Task to provide quick feedback.

This action records the date and user corresponding to the time the operation is performed.

Depending on the type of task, the specific required information must also be completed.

Single or multiple response

Record the corresponding response.

Check

Record the requested verification.

Reading

Record the value corresponding to the measurement.

Once completed, the task is locked for editing.

📌 The task completion date is based on the most recent completion date and time recorded in Users .

Attach files

Select Attach to incorporate files related to the execution of the task.

Attachments allow you to supplement the information recorded during the work.

Cancel a task

Log in using Edit Task and use the cancellation option when the work should not continue.

Cancellation allows you to record the status of the task without marking it as completed.

Unlink a task from the work order

Use Unlink Task OT when it is necessary to remove a task from the current work order.

Once unlinked, the plan becomes available again in Operations > Plans so that it can be assigned to another work order later.

When all tasks in the work order, including the corresponding initial and final tasks, are completed, the order is ready to proceed with its closure.
