From Users > Users it is possible to view and manage the users registered in Consuman Evolution.
Each user is configured with a license and one or more roles, which determine the functionalities and permissions available within the system.
Create a user
- Go to Settings > Users .
- Select Create .
- Complete the user's information.
- Assign the corresponding license.
- Select one or more roles.
- Configure work locations and equipment where appropriate.
- Save the record.

Complete the user's information
- E-mail
Enter the user's email address.
- Name
Complete the username.
- Last name
Complete the user's last name.
- License
Select the license that corresponds to the functionalities you will need to access.
- Roles
Assign one or more roles to the user. Roles determine the permissions and actions you will have available within Consumer Evolution.
💡 If you need to register multiple users in bulk, you can import them using Excel. For instructions and file requirements, please refer to the General Import Guide .
Restrict information by location
It is possible to associate the user with one or more Locations to limit the display of information according to the assets linked to those locations.
This setting allows you to restrict the scope of information available to the user.
Incorporate the user into work teams
The user can also join as a member of one or more work teams.
Teams are managed from Users > Work Teams and allow users to be grouped for later use in the corresponding functionalities.

Once registered, the user becomes available in Settings > Users with the defined license, roles, locations, and work teams.
