To access Consumer Evolution, each user must have an account registered through their email address and have a password .
Access is granted using personal credentials and allows the user to be identified, the corresponding license and permissions to be applied, and the company with which they will operate to be determined.
Register a user for the first time
Before a person can log into Consumer Evolution, a user with the appropriate permissions must create their account from Settings > Users .
Once created, the user receives an email at the address provided to generate their access password.

Create the access password
Upon receiving the registration email:
- Open the message sent by Consuman Evolution.
- Access the link included in the email.
- Set the account password.
- Confirm password.
- Complete the registration.
Once created, the email address and password constitute the credentials needed to access the system.
Login
To access Consumer Evolution:
- Access the corresponding site.
- Enter the email address associated with the account.
- Enter the password.
- Confirm login.

Access when the user belongs to several companies
If the user is associated with more than one company.
Then:
- Enter your email address and password.
- Complete the authentication.
- Select the company you wish to do business with.
- Confirm access.
The license, roles, and permissions can be configured independently for each company.

What happens if you forget your password?
From the login screen, you can use "Forgot your password?" to request a reset link in the email associated with the account.
