This plan proposes an orderly path to begin using Consuman Evolution, from initial configuration to execution and analysis of maintenance management.
The guide is primarily aimed at administrators, planners, supervisors, and users involved in the implementation of the system.
📌 The process can be adapted to the modules used by each company. It is not necessary to complete all stages to begin operating.
Before we begin
Before proceeding with the functional configuration, verify that the users who will participate in the implementation can access the system.
Access the platform - Reset your password and change your email address - Configure account security
Phase 1: Configure the company and users
The first step is to define the company's general configurations and prepare user access.
General settings
See: Global settings - Parameters
Users and permissions
Define who will use Consuman Evolution and what actions each profile will be able to perform.
Users - User roles - Work teams - Configure user notifications
📌 It is recommended to define roles and permissions before starting the operation so that each user only has access to the functionalities that correspond to them.
Phase 2: Prepare the entities
Once the company is set up, register the basic information that will be used later in maintenance management.
Assets
Begin by defining the equipment, tools, locations, and warehouses that are part of the organization.
Components and structures
When it is necessary to detail the parts that make up the equipment, configure components and structures.
Tasks
Define the tasks that will later be used in programs, plans, and work orders.
Resources
Register the material resources and third parties that may be used during the maintenance work.
Once these concepts are defined, proceed with the General Import Guide
Phase 3: Configure and execute maintenance management
With the main entities registered, begin setting up the operational maintenance circuits.
Job applications
Use the requests to register and manage care requests.
What is a job application? - Creating and managing a job application - How to manage applications with a supervisor? - Application categories
Maintenance programs
Configure the jobs that need to be generated periodically, by frequency, or under certain conditions.
What is a program? - Creating a program - Configuring program triggers
Measurements
Register meters and keep their readings up to date when programs depend on the use or operation of assets.
What is a meter? - Create a meter - Record readings
Planning
Organize pending tasks before execution and allocate the necessary resources.
What is a schedule? - Create a scheduled activity - Manage schedules - View schedules on the calendar
Work orders
Execute and provide feedback on maintenance tasks.
What is a work order? - Managing a work order - Providing feedback on a work order task
Team stops
Where applicable, record the periods during which the equipment is out of service.
What is a machine shutdown? - Register a machine shutdown - Configure scheduled operations
Phase 4: Configure stock management
If the company manages supplies or tools through stock, configure the vouchers that will be used to record their movements.
What is a receipt? - Configuring receipt types - Creating and managing receipts
From this stage it is possible to register income, expenses, adjustments, transfers, movements linked to work orders and delivery or return of tools.
Phase 5: Analyze the information
Once the operation has started, use the reports and the Dashboard to monitor the management.
View and export reports - Configure indicators in the Dashboard
Reports allow you to analyze specific operational information, while the Dashboard allows you to concentrate different indicators in the same view.
Phase 6: Incorporate the mobile application
The mobile application allows operational users to access Consumer Evolution features from their devices.
📌 The functionalities available in the application depend on the license, role, and permissions assigned to the user.
Upon completion of the corresponding stages, the company will have the necessary configuration to register its assets and resources, plan and execute maintenance work, manage inventory, analyze results, and operate from the mobile application.
