Types of user licenses

In Consumer Evolution, the license assigned to a user determines the maximum modules and functionalities they can access.

Specific permissions within these modules are defined later through user roles . For this reason, users with the same license may have different access levels depending on their configured role.

Types of licenses

Planner/Administrator

Aimed at users responsible for the administration, configuration and planning of maintenance management.

It is the license with the greatest functional scope and allows configuring specific access through user roles.

Visualize

Aimed at users who primarily need to consult system information.

In Requests , it allows you to view all requests, although the user can only operate on those created by himself.

Operation

Aimed at users who are primarily involved in carrying out maintenance work.

It allows access to operational functions such as requests, readings, planning, work orders, and equipment shutdowns.

Claims

Aimed at users who primarily use the job request process.

It allows you to create, view and manage your own requests, as well as access the reports enabled for this license.

Stock

Aimed at users responsible for inventory and supply management.

It allows access to the stock functionalities and also to the request circuit under the same display conditions applied to the Claims license.

Supplier

Aimed at external users linked to a provider.

It allows participation in the management of requests and access to work orders, tasks and enabled reports, applying the corresponding restrictions to the information linked to the user's supplier.

Modules available depending on the license

The following table shows the modules and features that may be available for each license. Effective access also depends on the user's configured roles and permissions.

• The Stock license provides limited access to Parameters , including Category, Subcategory, Unit of Measure, Purchase Unit, and Supplier Type.

Considerations according to the license

The license establishes the maximum available scope, while the roles determine the actions that each user can perform within that scope.

In addition, there are some specific conditions:

• Claims and Stock users only view and manage their own claims.

• Provider users work with restricted information depending on the provider they are linked to.

• Users can view all requests, but can only create, edit, or delete their own.

• The Claims , Stock , Supplier and View licenses do not allow the user to be configured as an authorizer of requests.

• The terms and conditions for each license apply to both the web version and the mobile application.

Special permissions available depending on the license

In addition to the enabled modules, roles may have special permissions depending on the selected license.
