What is the difference between reporting a stoppage from a work order and doing so from the Equipment Stoppages module?

Reporting a stoppage from a work order allows you to link it directly to the intervention performed. In contrast, registering it from the Equipment Stoppages module allows you to upload it independently, without needing an associated work order.
