From Operations > Planning, it is possible to manage pending tasks before incorporating them into a work order.
During this stage, you can adjust dates, assign resources, define whether the work will be internal or external, and generate or link tasks to a work order.
Access the plans
- Go to Operations > Planning .
- Use grid or calendar view.
- Locate the planning that you want to manage.
- Select it to perform the corresponding action.

Edit a schedule
Enter the editing mode of a schedule to modify the necessary information before generating the work order.
Planned date
Modify the planned execution date when necessary.
To set a new date, enable the Reschedule Date option and complete the new schedule.
Resources
Allocate the resources planned to perform the task.
It is possible to incorporate:
- Users.
- Supplies.
Internal or external task
Define whether the task will be performed using the company's own resources or through an external provider.
An internal task allows you to assign internal users or work teams. An external task must be associated with a provider and allows you to use the users linked to that provider.

Generate a work order
When a plan is ready for execution, it can be used to generate a new work order.
- Select the corresponding plan.
- Choose the option to generate a new work order.
- Complete the required information.
- Confirm the generation.
The task is no longer pending in Planning and continues its management within the generated work order.
Assign to an existing work order
A plan can also be incorporated into a work order that has already been created.
- Select the plan.
- Choose the option to assign it to an existing work order.
- Select the corresponding order.
- Confirm the assignment.
Manage multiple plans
The grid and calendar views allow you to select multiple plans to perform actions together.
The available operations include:
- Generate a work order.
- Assign plans to a work order.
- Allocate resources.
- Reschedule dates.
- Modify the status of tasks as internal or external.
📌 The available actions may depend on the status of each plan and the permissions assigned to the user.

Once managed, the plans are ready for execution with the corresponding date, resources and work method.
When they are generated or assigned to a work order, the execution and feedback of the tasks continues from Operations > Work Orders .
