The programs allow you to define maintenance plans to establish what tasks should be performed on certain assets and under what conditions their planning should be generated.
A single program can contain different maintenance details, each with its own assets, tasks, and triggers.
Create a program
- Go to Operations > Programs .
- Select Create .
- Complete the program name.
- Select New to add a detail.
- Complete the details information.
- Save the record.

Complete the program details
Name
Complete a name that allows the program to be identified and differentiated from other maintenance plans.
Add a detail to the program
Select New to define the tasks that will be part of the program and the conditions under which they must be planned. The required information is detailed below.
Asset type
Select the type of asset on which maintenance will be configured.
Assets
Select the assets included in the details.
It is possible to select all assets corresponding to the indicated type, some of them, or a particular asset.
Task
Select the task that should be performed on the asset or component.
Activator type
Select the criterion that will determine when it is appropriate to generate the task plan.
The available types are:
- For a time .
- By frequency .
- By time and frequency .
- By double frequency .
- Per event .
Activator
Complete the corresponding configuration according to the type of activator selected.
The required data varies depending on whether it is a time-based execution, a frequency-based execution, a combination of both, two frequencies, or a specific condition.

Once created, the program is configured with the defined assets, tasks, and triggers.
When the conditions established for each trigger are met, the corresponding plans are generated to continue their management from Operations > Planning .
