Execute work orders from the mobile application

From the Work Orders section of the Consuman Evolution mobile application, it is possible to view and execute the orders available to the user.

The information displayed and the actions enabled depend on the license, role, associated locations, and corresponding assignments.

Access work orders

  1. Go to the Work Orders section.
  1. Consult the available list.
  1. Locate the corresponding order.
  1. Select it to access its details.

Apply filters

The filter icon located in the upper right allows you to narrow down the list of work orders.

The available criteria include:

  • Work order number.
  • Generation date.
  • Planned date.
  • Asset.
  • State.
  • Work team.

Edit a work order

Access the order details to view your information and perform the actions available during execution.

From this section you can also access the tasks that are part of the work order.

Provide feedback on work order tasks

Select a task to record the information corresponding to its execution.

Depending on the type of task, feedback may require different data.

The app allows you to:

  • Edit tasks.
  • Finish tasks.
  • Delete tasks when appropriate.
  • Start and stop execution using Play/Stop .

Use Play/Stop

The Play/Stop option allows you to automatically record the execution time.

Start

Select Play to start counting work time.

Arrest

Select Stop to end the recorded execution period.

The function can be used on both the work order and its tasks, depending on the available operation.

Manage initial and final tasks

When the work order has initial or final tasks configured, these can also be fed back from the application.

Complete the corresponding information according to the type of task and the time of execution.

Record faults

From the work order it is possible to add faults associated with the intervention when appropriate.

Report an asset shutdown

Use the option available in the work order to record an asset shutdown related to the intervention.

Delete a work order

When the user has the appropriate permissions, use the deletion option available for the order.

📌 Editing and deletion actions depend on the permissions assigned to the user's role.

Create a date-based activity

From the work orders section, it is also possible to generate a new activity on a specific date to incorporate a task into the planning.

Check notifications

The notifications icon located in the upper right corner allows you to check the latest news associated with the user.

Notifications related to new assignments may allow direct access to the corresponding record.
