The Consuman Evolution mobile application allows access from a mobile device to the main operational functions of the system.
It can be used by any user who has access to a Consumer Evolution site, respecting the license, role and permissions assigned to them.
The application is available for download from the Google Play Store .
What can you do from the application?
From the mobile application, you can view notifications, register work requests, access pending tasks, and perform different actions on requests and work orders.
The available features are organized into four main sections.
Start
The home screen allows quick access to the main functions of the application.
From this section you can:
- Check the notifications associated with the user.
- Access new requests or work order assignments from a notification.
- Create new job applications.
- Check My Pending Tasks , where the work order tasks assigned to the user that have not yet been completed are displayed.
- Access a pending task to provide feedback.

Applications
It allows you to view job applications that the user can see according to the permissions assigned to their role.
From this section you can perform actions such as:
- Create requests.
- View requests.
- Edit requests when appropriate.
- See discussions and attachments.
- Copy applications.
- Delete requests.
Filters are also available to locate requests by different criteria.

Work Orders
It allows the user to view the work orders available and perform the necessary actions for their execution.
The main operations include:
- Edit work orders.
- Provide feedback on work order tasks.
- Manage initial and final tasks.
- Record failures.
- Report asset shutdowns.
- Start and stop execution using Play/Stop .
- Finish tasks.
- Delete tasks when appropriate.
- Create a new activity on a date.
The display of work orders depends on the user's permissions, locations, and assignments.

Profile
From the Profile section, it is possible to manage information related to the user.
The available actions include:
- Add or modify your profile picture.
- Change password.
- Log out.
Access to the application
During the first login, the application asks you to set up your login.
If the device has biometric authentication, it can be used to facilitate future access without needing to enter credentials each time.
