From the Applications section of the Consuman Evolution mobile application, it is possible to view and manage the job applications available to the user.
The information displayed and the actions enabled depend on the license, role, and assigned permissions.
Access the applications
- Go to the Applications section.
- Consult the available list.
- Locate the relevant application.
- Select it to access its details.

Create a request
From the Requests section, it is also possible to register a new request.
- Select the option to create a request.
- Complete the required information.
- Save the record.
The available fields may vary depending on the configuration defined for the requests and their categories.
View a request
Select a request from the list to view its information.
From the details, it is possible to access the registered data and the functionalities available according to the user's permissions.
Edit a request
When the application still allows modifications, log into your edition to update the necessary information.
The ability to edit it may be restricted depending on the progress of your management.
See discussion and attachments
From the details of the application, it is possible to access the associated supplementary information.
Discussion
It allows you to view and use the exchange space linked to the request.
Attachments
It allows you to view the files included in the request.

Copy a request
Use the copy option when it is necessary to generate a new request based on an existing one.
Review the information in the new record before saving it.
Delete a request
Use the delete option when appropriate to remove a request.
📌 The availability of these actions depends on the permissions assigned to the user.
Apply filters
The filter icon located in the upper right allows you to narrow down the list of requests.
The available criteria include:
- Category.
- Asset.
- Generation date.
- State.
- Number.
- Level of urgency.

Check notifications
The notifications icon, located in the upper right corner, is also available from this section.
Select it to view the latest updates associated with the user.
