Configure user notifications

From the User Profile, it is possible to define which notifications each Consuman Evolution user wishes to receive and select the channel through which they will be sent.

Each type of notification can be enabled independently:

  • Push notification .
  • Email notification .

Access notification settings

  1. Select the user image located in the upper right corner.
  1. Log in to User Profile .
  1. Select the Notifications tab.
  1. Enable the notifications and channels you wish to receive.

Select the notification channel

Each notification has separate options to determine how it will be received.

Push notification

Enable the option identified by the bell icon to receive the alert through system notifications.

These notifications can be viewed from the bell icon in the web version and from the mobile application.

Email notification

Enable the option identified with the email icon to receive the notification by email.

Messages are sent to the email address associated with the user who logs in to Consumer Evolution.

Notifications available

The options are grouped according to the functionality they relate to.

Job Application

  • New Job Application .
  • New discussion comment .
  • Application pending authorization .
  • Unauthorized request .
  • Request resolved .

Program

  • Notification when a task is triggered by an event .
  • Time-scheduled task notification .

Reading

  • Notification when the defined loading period has been exceeded .
  • Warning when an out-of-range value is loaded .

Input

  • Minimum stock reached .
  • Reorder point reached .

Work Order

  • Assignment to work order task .
  • Work order completed .

Each user can customize the alerts they wish to receive and enable, for each one, push notifications, email notifications, or both channels.
