Reset password and change email address

Consuman Evolution allows you to reset your password when you don't remember it or change it from your profile when you know your current credentials.

From the User Profile, it is also possible to request a change to the email address associated with the account.

Reset password if you don't remember

If you do not know your password, use the option available on the login screen.

1. Enter the Consumer Evolution login screen.

2. Select Forgot your password?

3. Enter the email address associated with the account.

4. Select Submit request .

5. Check the email you received.

6. Access the link included in the message.

7. Set a new password.

📌 To reset your password, you need to provide the email address associated with your Consuman Evolution user account.

Change password from profile

When the user knows their current password and wishes to replace it with a new one:

1. Log in to Consumer Evolution.

2. Select the user image located in the upper right corner.

3. Go to User Profile > General .

4. Locate the Change Password section.

5. Enter your current password.

6. Enter the new password.

7. Confirm the new password.

8. Select Update Password .

Change the account email address

From User Profile > General it is also possible to request the modification of the email address associated with the user.

1. Locate the Change email section.

2. Verify the current email address provided.

3. Enter your current password.

4. Complete the new email.

5. Select Request email change .

6. Check the confirmation message sent to the new email address.

7. Confirm the change from the received message.

📌 When you request the change, a confirmation email is sent to the new address and a security alert to the current email address.

Depending on the action taken, the user will be able to regain access using a new password, modify their current password, or update the email address associated with their Consumer Evolution account.
