During the migration, it is necessary to review the existing relationship between Staff and Users in Consuman, since in Consuman Evolution both entities are managed through a single User model.

What information should be reviewed before migrating?
Before performing the migration, it is necessary to identify some particular cases in the current information.
Multiple users associated with the same staff
If the same Personnel has several Users associated with them in Consuman, it must be defined which one will be retained to create the corresponding User in Consuman Evolution.
Staff with multiple email addresses
If a Personal has several email addresses associated with it, one must be selected to create the User in Consuman Evolution.
The email address will be used as the User's unique identifier.
Staff without associated user
Personnel records that do not have an associated User can also be migrated.
In these cases, they are created in Consumer Evolution with:
- View License.
- A User Role without enabled permissions.
User Roles
Before importing Users, the User Roles that will be used to define their permissions must be created in Consuman Evolution.
During the migration, each User must be associated with the corresponding Role.
What information is being migrated?
- Names
This corresponds to the name of the staff registered in Consuman.
- Surnames
This corresponds to the staff member's last name.
- E-mail
This corresponds to the email address selected for the User and is the data used to uniquely identify them in Consuman Evolution.
- Guy
It allows you to identify whether the user is internal or external .
- License
It is assigned according to the correspondence between the licensing used in Consuman and the licenses available in Consuman Evolution.
- Role
This corresponds to the User Role that defines the permissions available within the system.
- Location
It allows you to restrict the display of information to a specific location.
The following data can also be transferred:
- Main phone
- Birthdate
- Cost per hour
- Specialty
- Accounting account
