During the migration from Consuman to Consuman Evolution, it is possible to transfer much of the information used to configure and operate the system.
The information that can be migrated is determined beforehand through a feasibility analysis, since there may be particularities depending on the configuration and current use of each implementation.

The following entities can be migrated:
- Layout
- Assets
- Parts
- Tasks
- Materials , both traceable and non-traceable
- Tools
- Staff
- Users
- Suppliers
- Preventive Planning
- Event Planning
- Checklist Planning
- Assets that record readings
- Reading history
- Application categories
The way each entity is migrated may vary due to differences between Consuman and Consuman Evolution. Specific migration criteria are detailed in the corresponding articles.
Information that cannot be migrated
Currently, it is not possible to transfer the corresponding historical data to:
- Applications
- Activities as of Date
- Preventive
- Events
- Checklist
- Work Orders
- Stock receipts
- Measurements
- Budgets
- Contracts
- Fluid loads
- Configurations
What happens to historical information that is not migrated?
After the live release, Consumer Evolution became the primary operating system.
Consuman may remain available for a pre-agreed period to consult historical information that has not been transferred to the new system.
