Before migrating the rest of the information, it is necessary to review the Parameters, Layout and Stores currently used in Consuman.
Some of these concepts change their management approach in Consumer Evolution. Before starting, it is recommended to consult the New Asset Concept .

Consuman and Consuman Evolution share the following types of parameters:

Some concepts that are administered as parameters in Consuman have a different treatment in Consuman Evolution:
- Stock voucher types are configured independently.
- Productivity movement types are also not managed as parameters.
- The Job Application Type parameter is incorporated, which does not exist in Consuman.
What information is being migrated?
- Name
This corresponds to the description of the parameter in Consuman.
- Guy
This corresponds to the type of parameter to which the record belongs.
If custom parameter types are used, these must be created beforehand in Consuman Evolution before importing their values.
Layout
The levels that are part of the Consuman Layout can be transferred to Consuman Evolution while maintaining their hierarchical structure.
Repeated names
In Consuman, there can be different levels of the Layout with the same description. In Consuman Evolution, the Name must be unique .
When there are repeated names, apply the following criteria:
- Add the immediately higher location to the name.
- If it continues to be repeated, add the necessary higher levels until you get a unique name.
- If duplicates still exist, add a number to differentiate them.
For example, if there are two locations called DIGESTERS 1-2 , they can be identified as:
- DIGESTORS 1-2 - DEHYDRATION
- DIGESTORS 1-2 - DIGESTORS
If the same structure is used in different areas of the company and generates duplicate names, it will be necessary to define during the migration how to organize the locations in Consumer Evolution.

Warehouses
The warehouses used in Consuman can also be moved to Consuman Evolution.
